At Muscle Mecca, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and fitness products. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

We only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and in original condition

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Muscle Mecca reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the eligible product (if approved) and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened supplements

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or free items

  • Limited edition products
