What you need:
✔️ 1/2 cup of Oats
✔️ 1 scoop of Premium Whey Protein (Cinnabomb Flavour)
✔️ Cinnamon
✔️ 1 tsp. of vanilla essence
✔️ Soya milk (can use almond, milk alternative, coconut milk, normal milk)
✔️ 1 small chopped Apple
✔️ 1 tsp. of unsalted/ no added sugar peanut butter (sub with any other nut
butter)
What you need to do:
1️⃣ Mix your Oats, Premium Whey Protein, milk, vanilla essence, sprinkled cinnamon in a bowl.
2️⃣ Leave overnight in the fridge
3️⃣ Top with peanut butter & chopped Apple
